Social Security Disability

Allan W. Ben P.C. received a favorable decision from the Social Security Administration in our client's claim for SSD benefits. The Client had previously been denied benefits several years ago when she was represented by another law firm. The Client suffered from systematic lupus, arthritis, carpal tunnel sydrome, and severe back problems which limited her daily activities. The Client was depressed because of her physical pain. She took several medications that caused her to be drowsy. The Client was found not to be able to any of her past relevant work.
