Social Security Disability

Allan W. Ben P.C. received a favorable decision from the Social Security Administration today. The Client suffered from breast cancer that was in remission, arthritis, depression and anxiety. The Client had previously suffered from breast cancer. The Client's breast cancer and treatment caused the Client to have fatigue, pain, swelling and weakness. The Client's daily activities became limited. The Client requires assistance with dressing, bathing, carrying, and grocery shopping.
