Social Security Disability victory

Today Allan W. Ben P.C. received a favorable decision in a Social Security Disability case. The Client suffered from morbid obebesity, degenerative disc disease of the lumbar spine, bulging disc, lumbar spondylosis and arthritis. The Client's obesity on its own was not severe enough, but together with the other impairments, the Client was found to be disabled. The Client's doctors were helpful in stating her limitations to sitting, standing, walking, lifting and twisting.
